Himalayan Quartz

A very popular choice for pool coping and surrounds is Himalayan Quartz. This natural stone is available in two surface finishes - 'Natural Mint' Himalayan Quartz, 'Honed Mint'Himalayan Quartz and 'Honed Drifting Sand' Himalayan Quartz. We offer as standard sizes 400x400mm, 500x500mm, 600x600mm and 630x630mm. There are a range of bullnose options available to suit pool copings and surround steps. Both the tiles and bullnoses are calibrated for thickness. If our standard sizes don't suit, you can have Himalayan Quartz cut to just about any size that you need if you allow up to eight to ten weeks from time of order.

The 'natually split' surface or 'natural finish' offers colour variation, great slip resistance and hides marks well. We import the 'light blend' colour as standard as we have found that our clients like less colour variation than the standard 'Tinted Mint'. The 'honed' surface makes the overall look of the paving lighter and more even in colour. The surface finish is also smooth to the touch.
