updated review- i had a small issue with a refund being processed from a box of broken tiles back in december. Luke from the management team promptly called me the following day and sorted the refund out that day. he then followed up with a confirmation call when it has been processed. thanks for the prompt follow up. The first set of tiles for our patio look great and i look forward to our pool dig in the coming weeks and the remainder of the tiling job to be completed with great looking and excellent quality tiles from this company.

I had an amazing experience with Michelle from The Pool Tile Company! The mobile service in Adelaide was incredible— I was contacted straight away, and a visit was organised without any delay. I was so impressed with Michelle’s friendly and professional customer service. Even though we’re interstate, the whole process was super easy. Had such a great experience with Gail and Cathy! They went above and beyond to help me get the tiles I wanted and organised delivery for next week when needed. The tiles sold out while we were processing the order, but they still managed to track down exactly what I needed on short notice. Amazing service - highly recommend speaking to either of these lovely ladies!
